The original rent is HKD 7,200/month (all bills included). Now, the entire 45-day period from July 1st to August 15th is available for a total of HKD 9,800.
The location is excellent: a 5-minute walk to Jordan MTR Station and Austin MTR Station, a 2-minute walk to the bus stop, and 2 minutes to the wet market.
