The elevator goes to the 21st floor, then you have to walk up to the 22nd floor, and then climb another iron elevator to reach the rooftop apartment. There is no air conditioning. The kitchen and toilet are shared, with two toilets. The toilet doors are just ordinary plastic shutters, so it's more suitable for men. There are already three men living there.
