Harbour Place is a private housing estate in Hong Kong located at 8 Oi King Street, Hung Hom Bay, Kowloon. Occupancy began in May 2008. The estate was originally part of the Hung Hom Peninsula, a private sector home ownership scheme completed in August 2002. However, after the government announced the suspension of Hung Hom flat sales, the ownership of Hung Hom Peninsula was sold back to the participating real estate developers, Sun Hung Kai Properties and NWS Holdings. It was subsequently converted into a private housing estate with a residents' clubhouse. The estate comprises seven 35-storey residential towers, offering 2,470 units. Hong Yip Services, a subsidiary of Sun Hung Kai Properties, manages the property.
