The new property market remains active as developers continue to introduce new projects. On June 17, Sun Hung Kai Properties announced the latest sales plan for Novo Land’s Phase 3A project in Siu Hong, Tuen Mun. The project offers a total of 534 units, with layouts ranging from studio flats to four-bedroom apartments. The sales brochure is expected to be uploaded within one to two days, and sales are anticipated to begin as early as the end of this month or early next month.
According to the developer, the project’s new units range in saleable area from 237 to 1,527 square feet. The development includes studio flats, one-bedroom, two-bedroom, three-bedroom, and four-bedroom units, along with 29 special units featuring platforms or rooftops.
The developers noted that sales for Phase 3A will likely begin by the end of this month or early next month, and expects the property market to remain strong in the second half of the year, with transaction volumes staying robust and property prices likely to rise by 5% to 10%.
