豪宅市場近期仍見蝕讓個案，紅磡維港．星岸的一幢單號洋房，實用面積2,239平方呎，四房間隔，連約1,393平方呎花園，近日以約6,450萬元易手，折合呎價約28,808元。

區內代理指，原業主於2018年樓市高峰期斥資約1.1億元購入，當時呎價約49,129元。其後業主曾以8,900萬元放盤，早前一度封盤稱售予朋友。但今次成交價較7年前低約4,550萬元，期內貶值幅度達約41%，呎價由約49,129元大跌至約28,808元。
