Developer launched price list of item number 3A yesterday, increasing the prices of 92 units among item number 3 by range from 0.48% to 1%. They are room F from 12th to 28th floor in building 6, room G and H in 7th to 45th floor in building 6, and room J in 21st to 35th floor of building 7.
