Chinachem plans to launch 3 new projects involving 1,162 units in the Year of the Rabbit

The Year of the Rabbit is coming, and developers are actively planning to launch new projects. Hailun Feng, sales director of Chinachem Group, said that Chinachem Group will launch 3 new projects within this year, involving a total of about 1,162 units, including the first large-scale residential project "Yuyi" (844 units), the Victoria Road project in Pokfulam (about 118 units) and the Tonkin Street project in Cheung Sha Wan (about 200 units).

The project has sold 9 large houses this year, attracting more than 850 million yuan; the project has sold a total of 27 units, of which 5 are special households, with a total cash out of nearly 3.3 billion yuan.

ONE INNOVALE-Cabanna in Fanling North, a subsidiary of Henderson Land, sold two more units yesterday, attracting a total of 10.2922 million yuan. The ONE INNOVALE series has sold 1,200 units since its launch last year, of which ONE INNOVALE-Cabanna accounted for 309 units. The HENLEY II in Kai Tak sold Room E on the 1st floor of Block 1 for 13.7633 million yuan, with a salable area of 575 square feet and a price of 23,936 yuan per square foot.
