VR體驗館入駐灣仔163 QRE 涉4000呎樓面月租20萬

市場回暖，不少企業趁勢擴充業務，有VR體驗館承租灣仔商場163 QRE，月租約20萬元，平均呎租約50元。

代理透露，灣仔皇后大道東183號合和旗下商場163 QRE全層新近以每月約20萬租出，以面積約4,000方呎計，平均呎租約50元。

至於新租客為LBE Hong Kong Ltd，營運本港首間LBE大空間體驗館，並首度引入8K超高清沉浸式VR遊戲《SPACE ODYSSEY：星際危機》，玩家可佩戴VR頭盔，置身於8K電影級的高清宇宙中探險。

近年沉浸式體驗遊戲作為新興潮流正在快速崛起，據悉新租客見163 QRE毗鄰多個商場及酒店，人流暢旺，適合開展此類新興娛樂業務，因此決定承租。
