The new project has been restarted. Sun Hung Kai Properties' subsidiary PARK YOHO Bologna in Yuen Long Kam Tin North decided to launch the first round of sales of 66 units on Thursday, including the sale of 60 units by price list and the sale of 6 units by tender. Chen Hanlin, acting general manager of SHKP, said that more than 1,000 tickets were collected for the sale, and 60 units were sold at the first round price list, which was oversubscribed by about 15.6 times. Among the ticketed customers, 60% are from the region, and about 30% are from investors. Silversands, Wu Kaisha, a subsidiary of Xinzhi, sold Unit B on the 5th floor of Block 3 yesterday, with a usable area of 1,110 square feet, a four-bedroom suite with a workshop (including a toilet) partition, and the transaction price was 26.594 million yuan, or 23,959 yuan per square foot. The project has sold 114 units, cashing out more than 1.2 billion yuan. A unit H on the 6th floor of Block 1, Kwun Tong Kaihui, has a usable area of 758 square feet, a three-bedroom apartment, and a 135-foot terrace. The transaction price is 15 million yuan, and the square foot price is 19,789 yuan. The project has sold 1,921 units in total, cashing out more than 24.8 billion yuan.

In addition, 21 BORRETT ROAD, a luxury mansion on Borrett Road in Mid-levels, which changed hands to Singapore Huarui Capital at the end of last month, launched the first unit for bidding yesterday. The room is sold on a daily basis from this Friday to November 11.
