貝沙灣6期7座高層以$3,475萬承接升值約9成

美聯物業海怡半島東翼利南道分行助理區域經理林潤強表示,剛促成貝沙灣6期7座高層C室,實用面積1,126平方呎,建築面積1,588平方呎,為三房套房連士多房間隔,單位坐擁全海景,原業主叫價約$3,600萬,並獲換樓用家鍾情,議價後以$3,475萬承接,折合實用呎價約為$30,861,建築呎價約為$21,883。

 

原業主於2008年1月以約$1,826.2萬購入單位,是次轉手帳面獲利約$1,648.8萬,升值約90%。
