灣仔商廈兩層連外牆廣告位逾3.4億放售

物業投資市場前景備受肯定,其中工商舖受惠多項利好政策及因素,入市價值優越,紛紛吸引買家加快步伐吸納優質項目,市場更不乏逾億元大額交易,可見投資者對工商舖物業前景具信心。中原(工商舖)獨家放售灣仔京城大廈兩層全層樓面,以及搶眼外牆大型廣告招牌位,單位總面積逾2.3萬平方呎,項目意向價約3.46億元;業主亦接受分層獨立出售,意向價由約1.58億元起。

中原(工商舖)陳權威表示,灣仔駱克道175至191號京城大廈1樓及3樓全層,項目同時連同外牆大型廣告位放售,兩層面積共約23,559平方呎(未核實),意向價約3.46億元,平均呎價約1.47萬元,可以公司買賣形式交易。物業連租約放售,現由健身中心以每月約61萬元租用,新買家可享租金回報約2.1厘,租期將於明年屆滿。
