新創建購母企4辦公室物業

出公告表示,向母企新世界發展(0017)收購4項位於九龍荔枝角道888號發展項目的寫字樓物業,由18樓至21樓,總樓面面積為9.67萬方呎,總代價為13.67億元。當中富通保險佔兩層,涉資6.79億元。

集團公告指,新創建的間接全資附屬公司包括Modern Elite、富通及Tycoon Estate,向新世界發展的間接全資附屬公司嘉勝發展買入物業一、物業二和物業三以及物業四,均位於九龍荔枝角道888號的發展項目的辦公室單位,總樓面面積為96,744方呎,總代價為13.67億元。另每層物業的買方,可以不高於150萬元的價格,購買最多9個停車位的優先認購權,及享有租務優惠。公告並稱,各物業的年度租金佔相關物業購買價約3.1%至約3.2%,因此在所有租務優惠並未終止的情況下,物業的年度租金總額約為4,300萬元。
