CCL按周升0.63%

有利樓市走勢。反映二手樓價的中原城市領先指數CCL報187.87點,按周升0.63%,距離指數曾經的歷史高位190.48點相差1.37%或2.61點。至於新界西樓價指數是四區中最接近自己高位,與2018年7月的高位僅相差0.1%或0.18點。

該行指,CCL四大整體指數齊升,樓價迫近歷史高位,買賣雙方出現角力,估計破頂前樓價會由連升轉為短暫反覆爭持。

新界西差0.1%破頂

中原地產研究部高級聯席董事黃良昇指,新界西樓價指數最新報176.81點,按周升1.83%,升幅為近12周最大,雖仍然低於2018年7月176.99點的歷史高位,惟僅相差0.1%,是四區中最接近自己的高位,有望率先創新高。至於九龍相差2.34%、港島相差2.68%,以及新界東相差3.62%。至於九龍樓價指數報184.29點,按周升1.07%;新界東報201.27點,升0.95%;港島報193.90點,跌1.65%。
