鷹君羅嘉瑞3,495萬購西半山、康城4伙新盤近月大手掃貨涉資逾2億

鷹君羅嘉瑞家族繼續於新盤市場密密掃貨，本月購入西半山the MVP及日出康城凱柏峰共4個單位，涉資約3,495萬元。

西半山新盤the MVP近日連錄多宗成交登記，其中25及26樓D室，實用面積同屬455平方呎，同屬兩房間隔，成交價各為萬元1,024.07及1,012.93萬元，買家各以兩間公司名入市，公司董事包括鷹君主席羅嘉瑞及相關人士。

此外，羅嘉瑞家族還以公司名義購入日出康城凱柏峰2個單位，涉資約1,458萬元。其中凱柏峰2B座17樓F室，實用面積面積451平方呎，屬於2房間隔，成交價728.2萬元，呎價16,146元。

資料顯示，鷹君羅嘉瑞家族自今年年中開始頻頻在新盤市場掃貨，包括以約5,300萬元，購入大圍站柏傲莊4個單位，又以約8,494萬元購入黃竹坑站滶晨6個單位，短短約半年時間先後購入至少16個單位，涉資近2億元。
