近日再有名人入市。鷹君集團（0041）羅氏家族近期頻頻吸納新盤，最新透過公司名義斥資1,198.9萬元購入錦上路站柏瓏II三房單位；連同今次交易計算，該家族於約兩個半月內合共投放金額逾1.03億元。

成交紀錄顯示，是次成交單位為柏瓏II 1座低層A1室，實用面積773平方呎，間隔為三房套連工作室，於9月中旬以約1,198.89萬元售出，呎價15,510元。新買家以RISING THRIVE LIMITED登記。

公司資料顯示，RISING THRIVE LIMITED之股東為鷹君秘書服務有限公司；董事名單包括鷹君主席及董事總經理羅嘉瑞長子、鷹君執行董事羅俊謙，連同鷹君執行董事兼總經理簡德光及鷹君執行董事朱錫培，均屬鷹君管理層成員。
