世紀21奇豐物業 - 黎健峯助理區域營業董事表示，該行新近錄得馬鞍山雅典居成交，單位為1座中層C室，實用面積874平方呎，屬3房2廳間隔，座向西北享海景。

單位放盤時叫價$1,100萬，最終減價$72萬或6.5%，以$1,028萬連車位成交，折合實用呎價約$11,762。

據悉，原業主於2007年12月以約$548萬購入單位，持貨18年，是次轉手帳面獲利$480萬，單位期內升值約88%。
