中原地產 - 胡耀祖經理表示，近日市場交投氣氛正面，馬鞍山錦暉苑最新錄得低層20室，實用面積381平方呎，開價約$350萬，議價後以居二市場價$335萬易手，實用平均呎價$8793。

胡耀祖指，新買家為用家，見單位價錢合理，少有放盤，即決定入市單位自用。據了解，原業主於2020年以$252萬購入單位（當時亦未補地價），持貨5年，是次轉手賬面獲利$83萬離場，單位期內升值約33%。
