世紀21奇豐物業迎海分行區域經理趙詠欣表示，新近錄得馬鞍山銀湖‧天峰成交，單位為7座低層H室，實用面積700平方呎，3房連套房間隔，座向西南望開揚景，叫價$950萬，放盤2星期，成功以$913萬沽售，實用面積平均呎價$13,043。

據了解，原業主於2009年5月購入上址，當時作價$415萬，持貨15年至今轉售，賬面獲利$498萬離場，單位期內1.2倍。
