馬鞍山薈晴1座中層開放式以$306.8萬易手貶值約28.3%

中原地產 - 胡耀祖經理表示，本月交投氣氛正面，帶動二手交投，馬鞍山區本月暫錄約61宗二手成交，較上月同期增加約一成，其中薈晴本月暫錄2宗成交，最新錄得1座中層B5室，實用面積220平方呎，開放式間隔，議價後以$306.8萬易手，實用平均呎價$13945。

中原胡耀祖指，新買家為用家，見單位價錢合理，間隔合用，即決定入市單位自用。據了解，原業主於2021年以$428萬購入單位，持貨4年，是次轉手賬面蝕約$121.2萬離場，單位期內貶值約28.3%。
