長沙灣麗翠苑居二市場價$166萬沽出

中原地產西九龍長沙灣元州街分行高級分行經理任展雄表示，日前促成長沙灣麗翠苑2座高層05室，實用面積187平方呎，採開放式間隔，單位望開揚市景，7月時最初叫價$200萬，放盤4個月，議價後最終以居二市場價$166萬沽出，實用面積平均呎價$8,877，創屋苑二手成交新低價，呎價亦屬新低。

中原地產任展雄表示，新買家為上車客，見單位少有放盤，造價合理，故快速承接作新居。據了解，原業主於2019年9月以$118.3萬一手買入上址，持貨4年，是次易手賬面獲利約$47.7萬離場，賺幅約40.3%
