金獅花園2房炒完再炒！一年兩度轉手兩炒家共賺36萬

樓市回暖，短炒個案增多，大圍金獅花園一伙兩房單位於近一年錄兩度轉手，兩次均獲利離場，樓價累升逾一成。單位最新一次成交以350萬元沽出，炒家4個月內賬賺30萬元。

上述單位為金獅花園2期F座中層3室，實用面積282平方呎1房，日前以350萬元沽出，呎價約12,411元。原業主於今年6月以320萬元買入單位，持貨約4個月，現轉手賬面賺30萬元或約9.4%離場。

值得一提的是，單位再對上業主於去年11月以313.8萬元買入單位，售出時持貨半年多賬賺6.2萬元，即兩名炒家共獲利36.2萬元。而該單位於接近1年內，已累積升值約12%。
