鄭若驊丈夫潘樂陶斥5350萬買入銀綫灣別墅上手賺1420萬

市場再錄名人入市。據報道，律政司前司長鄭若驊丈夫、安樂工程創辦人潘樂陶新近擲5,350萬元買入西貢一幢洋房。原業主持貨19年賬賺1,420萬元離場。

上述銀線灣別墅單號洋房，實用面積2,890方呎，屬4房2套間隔，室內裝修簇新，原業主原本叫價6,980萬元放盤，議價後以5,350萬元售出，實呎價約18,512元。據悉新買家為POON LOK TO OTTO，與律政司前司長鄭若驊丈夫、安樂工程創辦人潘樂陶名字相同，料為同一人。

至於原業主於2006年以3,930萬元購入洋房，是次轉手賬面獲利1,420萬元或36%。

銀線灣別墅位於清水灣銀線灣道11號，共設9座，合共提供9個單位，於1964年入伙，別墅實用面積由2,102平方呎至2,890平方呎。
