賭王三太3.25萬租出凱旋門2房持屋苑3單位收租月袋27萬

正值租務旺季，市場又見名人成功租出物業。由已故賭王何鴻燊三太陳婉珍持有的凱旋門高層2房單位，剛以月租3.25萬元租出，回報約4.9厘。據悉陳婉珍持有的另外2個凱旋門單位也在近年放租，每月可收取租金共27.55萬元。

最新租出的2房單位為凱旋門觀星閣高層E室，實用面積534平方呎，屬2房戶，外望內園景並可遠眺部分海景，近期以3.25萬元租出，呎租約61元。該單位2022年時租金約3萬元，是次成交較舊租金升約8%。據悉，陳婉珍早於2005年以一手價約792.5萬元購入上述單位，是次租出可享4.9厘回報。

翻查資料，陳婉珍在早年凱旋門開售時，曾經購入不少單位，雖然部分已經轉手獲利，但仍然持有不少收租，除了上述單位之外，她於今年4月以月租8.8萬元，租出觀星閣高層A室，實用面積1,382平方呎，呎租約64元。以買入價2,842.5萬元計，租金回報約3.7厘；2023年，她亦以每月15.5萬元租出摩天閣高層A室，實用面積約1,955平方呎，呎租約79元，享約3.1厘回報。

單計上述三個凱旋門單位，陳婉珍每月可收取租金約27.55萬元。
