豪宅區舊樓現超低入場價！大坑道16至18號一個高層B室兩房單位，實用面積905平方呎，屬區內少見的「巨型兩房」，近日以580萬元易手，折合呎價僅6,409元，貼近居屋水平。代理指，大廈1955年落成，樓齡高達70年，；而且單位屬遺產貨，成交價因此較貼地。

翻查資料，原業主於1965年以6萬元入市，按今次作價計，帳面獲利約574萬元，60年間升值約95.7倍。
