豪宅區舊樓現超低入場價!大坑道16至18號一個高層B室兩房單位,實用面積905平方呎,屬區內少見的「巨型兩房」,近日以580萬元易手,折合呎價僅6,409元,貼近居屋水平。代理指,大廈1955年落成,樓齡高達70年,;而且單位屬遺產貨,成交價因此較貼地。
