世紀21奇豐物業 - 廖振雄營業董事表示，新近錄得西貢碧翠路金璧花園成交，單位為第1座A室，實用面積1,187平方呎，屬3房(1套)2廳連工人房間隔，享內園景，並連約1,362平方呎花園。

單位原叫價$1,400萬，最終累減$280萬，以$1,120萬連兩個車位成交，減幅達20%，折合實用呎價約$9,436，較市價低5%。

據悉，原業主於2008年1月以約$680萬購入單位，持貨17年，是次轉手帳面獲利$440萬，單位期內升值約65%。
