中原豪宅貝沙灣分行高級分區經理黃家俊表示,財政預算案寬減的印花稅,即為樓市輕微減價,刺激交投。

中原促成成交單位為西半山福成閣低層單位,實用面積401平方呎,建築面積576平方呎,開放式間隔,望市景。業主以$630萬將單位易手,折合平均實用呎價$15,711。

黃家俊指,買家直接受惠調低從價印花稅,即加快入市步伐。原業主於2012年以$570萬買入單位,持貨11年,帳面獲利$60萬,單位升值10%。
