蛋撻王創辦人逆市擲半億買觀塘工廈長情原業主持貨35年勁賺8倍

飲食業面臨結業潮，蛋撻王創辦人莊任明仍大舉投入樓市，近日斥資5,838萬元購入觀塘海裕工業中心物業。

資料顯示，莊任明及其相關人士於本月中以5,550萬元購入觀塘海濱道177號海裕工業中心9樓約1.2萬平方呎的樓面，每平方呎約4,625元。該宗交易由莊任明旗下的「酥皮蛋撻王有限公司」進行登記，而蛋撻王的董事總經理莊裕坤也參與了是次交易。

同一物業的一個車位亦以288萬元售出，買家為和輝發展有限公司，該公司亦由莊任明及莊裕坤擔任董事，即蛋撻王相關人士以合共5,838萬元入市。

原業主為振基電子集團創辦人周振基或其相關人士，1989年以640萬元購入物業至今，帳面獲利達5,198萬元，收益超過8倍。
