薄扶林貝沙灣6座低層2房戶月租$3.6萬屬市場價水平

香港置業 - 郭詠詩董事表示，該行最新促成貝沙灣六期一宗2房1套單位租務成交，單位獲外區家庭客僅睇樓一次即火速承租，成交租金屬市場水平。

上述租務成交單位為貝沙灣六期6座低層B室，單位實用面積約734呎，建築面積約939呎，屬兩房一套間隔，坐擁西南海景。郭詠詩指出，單位最初叫租$3.8萬，放租約兩個月後，獲外區家庭客接洽，該租客心儀單位會所設施齊備，僅睇樓一次即決定承租。雙方經議價後，以$3.6萬成交，折合實用呎租約$49，屬市場價水平。

資料顯示，業主於2009年8月以約$1,126.8萬購入上述單位，現享租金回報率約3.8厘。
