綠置居宏緻苑收3.6萬申請近9年最少

房屋委員會「出售綠表置居計劃單位2024」（綠置居2024）推售的九龍灣全新屋苑宏緻苑，共接獲約3.6萬份申請，申請數字為近9年來最少。房委會資助出售房屋小組主席黃碧如周五（3日）在電台節目表示，今期大單位供應較上期減少，可能影響申請意欲，但強調宏緻苑交通便利，社區配套成熟，對銷情並不擔心。

是次推售的宏緻苑提供2576個單位，實用面積約193至466方呎，其中逾25%單位面積約450至466方呎。黃碧如指出，相比去年推售的長沙灣麗玥苑，今期大單位數量較少，面積因素或影響家庭申請意願。但她強調，該屋苑位處九龍灣成熟社區，交通及生活設施齊全，具一定吸引力，對銷情有信心。她補充，將來若公營房屋供應趨向穩定，會考慮在綠置居項目中增加更多大面積單位。
