紀惠湯文亮 7月4.4億沽信德中心全層原本大賺3.31億今突傳交易告吹！

由湯文亮任行政總裁的紀惠集團，原於今年7月以約4.4億元沽出上環信德中心西翼35樓全層寫字樓，呎價約20,000元，集團持貨近21年勁賺3.3億元；惟最新市場消息傳出，該筆買賣已告取消，物業業權現已重回紀惠集團名下。

上述單位為信德中心西翼35樓整層，面積約22,000平方呎。該層辦公室早於去年9月以6.6億元放售，當時湯文亮被問及此事時回應「有買有賣，生意才能做得更大」，並稱「已經賺好多錢，不可能太苛求」。

該物業由湯文亮胞姊、紀惠集團主席廖湯慧靄於2004年9月購入，當時入市價不足1.1億元，集團持貨近21年，升值逾3.3億元。

今年7月，傳出該物業以約4.4億元成交價，較意向價6.6億元低三分之一，差額約2.2億元。惟今日（16日）有代理傳出，這宗交易已被取消，物業業權回復至紀惠集團名下。
