粉嶺花都廣場$503萬獲承接 原業主料蝕逾一成

世紀21奇豐物業粉嶺區區域經理陳偉康表示,該行新近促成粉嶺花都廣場8座高層F室,實用面積413平方呎,2房間隔,座向西南望開揚景,室內裝修雅致,單位原叫價$530萬,放盤3個月,獲同區上車客洽購,以$503萬承接,實用面積平均呎價$12,179。

陳偉康續指,原業主於2019年9月購入上址,當時作價$530萬,持貨4年至今轉售,連裝修費用料虧蝕超過一成。
