粉嶺中心3房$645萬獲承接 實用呎價$12,056

中原地產粉嶺中心分行經理蔡堅濤表示,成交單位為粉嶺中心A座中層02室,實用面積535平方呎,建築面積685平方呎,3房間隔,去年5月放盤時開價約$690萬,議價後減價$45萬,最終以$645萬獲承接,實用面積平均呎價$12,056。

中原蔡堅濤指,新買家為上車客,見單位價錢合理,即還價購入單位自用。據了解,原業主於2002年以$130萬購入單位,持貨約21年,是次沽出單位獲利約$515萬離場,單位升值約4倍。
