皇都開價｜入場價6球呎價低至16888元首批88伙料最快下周開售

新世界旗下北角新盤皇都今日（6日）開價，首張價單供88伙，折實平均呎價為18,540元，入場單位為一房戶，折實價605.5萬元，呎價低至16,888元。首批有82伙折實售價低於1,000萬元，折實呎價則全數低於2萬元。

是次價單提供的戶型涵蓋1至3房間隔，實用面積由343至726平方呎，1房佔25伙、1房佔62伙，3房佔1伙。發展商提供最高22%折扣優惠，折實價由605.5萬至1,959.3萬元，折實呎價由16,888元至26,988元。新世界發展營業及市務（特別項目）部總監何家欣表示，今次的價單是「頭炮喜動價」。

項目設有2個示範單位，售樓處及示範單位將於明晚（7日）首先開放予New World Club買家參觀。最快本周六（8日）起開放予公眾參觀及收票，料最快下周開售。
