中原地產駿景園分行首席分區營業經理陳韻兒表示，剛性需求支持下，租務市場保持活躍，火炭駿景園最新錄得一宗租賃成交，單位為8座中層B室，單位建築面積1127平方呎，實用面積974平方呎，3房連套房間隔，開價約$32,000，議價後以$29,000租出，平均實用呎租約$30。

中原陳韻兒表示，新租客為同區客，見屋苑交通便利，單位少有放盤，價錢合理，即決定租入單位自住。據了解，業主則於2019年以$1,300萬購入單位，是次租出單位可享2.7厘租金回報。
