火炭駿景園7座中層3房戶議價後以$1720萬易手

中原地產 - 周家傑經理表示，減息後，買家入市信心有所增強，火炭駿景園最新錄本月首宗成交，單位為7座中層F室，單位實用面積1373平方呎，3房連套房及工人套房間隔，座向東南，享馬場景，開價約$1800萬，議價後以$1720萬易手，實用平均呎價約$12,527。

中原周家傑指，新買家為區內家庭客，見屋苑環境舒適，單位屬屋苑樓皇，質素高，少有放盤，即決定入市單位自住。據了解，業主於2010年10月以$1400萬購入單位，持貨約14年，是次轉手帳面獲利約$320萬，期內升值約23%。
