美聯物業沙田豪宅 - 新御龍山分行高級分區營業經理朱惠文表示，成交單位為火炭駿景園8座低層D室，實用面積約1,039平方呎，屬3房套連工人套間隔。據悉，單位早前以$1,180萬放售，獲香港家庭客議價$100萬以$1,080萬承接，實用面積平均呎價約$10,395。

原業主於2011年以$715萬買入單位，持貨13年，帳面獲利$365萬，或逾5成。
