中原地產 - 霍栢雄經理表示，新年將至，不少市民已收爐或外遊，影響睇樓活動，火炭駿景園剛錄10座中層F室，單位建築面積1127平方呎，實用面積974平方呎，屬3房連套房及工人套房間隔，叫價約$1040萬，日前議價後以$1000萬沽出，實用平均呎價$10,267。

中原霍栢雄指，新買家為同區客，見屋苑環境舒適，單位價錢合理，即決定購入單位自住。據了解，原業主於2016年以$1000萬購入單位，持貨約9年，現轉手賬面上平手離場。
