中原地產-張曼筠經理表示，成交單位為火炭新晉屋苑星凱．堤岸2座中層F室，單位實用面積774平方呎，3房連套房及儲物房間隔，開價約$1,300萬，最終以$1,280萬獲承接，實用面積平均呎價$16,537。

據了解，新買家為同區分支家庭，見屋苑位置方便，單位間隔合用，即承接單位收租。據了解，原業主於2021年以約$1,881萬購入單位，持貨約4年，是次易手賬面蝕$601萬離場，單位期內貶值32%。
