中原地產-吳嘉權經理表示，日前促成火炭星凱．堤岸剛錄2座高層C室，單位實用面積849平方呎，3房連套房及工人套房間隔，開價約$4.3萬，議價後以$4萬租出，實用面積平均呎租約$47.1。

據了解，新租客為優才計劃下到港的家庭，見單位質素高，位置方便，配套完善，即租入單位自住。業主於2025年7月以$1,727萬購入單位，是次租出單位可享約2.8厘租金回報。
