中原地產 - 周家傑經理表示，近期市場利好消息增加，交投氣氛持續向好，分行最新錄火炭御龍山2座中層D室，單位建築面積717平方呎，實用面積559平方呎，2房間隔，議價後以$850萬易手，實用平均呎價約$15,206。

周家傑表示，新買家為區外用家，見屋苑位置方便，單位間隔合用，價錢合理，即購入單位自用。據了解，原業主於2011年以約$535萬買入單位，持貨約14年，現轉手帳面獲利$315萬，單位期內升值約58.9%。
