波叔家族5,320萬沽旺角全棟酒店持貨12年樓價腰斬損手近半億！

人稱「波叔」的已故「舖王」鄧成波家族持續沽貨，其持有的旺角黑布街92號全幢酒店，新近以5,320萬元沽出，持貨約12年樓價近乎腰斬。

該物業位於黑布街近亞皆老街，鄰近港鐵旺角東站，樓齡約61年，地舖面積約1,100方呎，樓高11層，每層面積約800方呎，總面積合共約1萬方呎，成交價5,320萬元，平均每呎5,320元。

酒店每層設有4個房間，合共提供44個房間，以易手價計算，平均每個房間約121萬。

據悉，物業由鄧成波家族於2013年以1億元購入，持貨至今料賬面損手4,680萬元或約46.8%。
