楊受成1.48億沽香港工業大廈地鋪,持貨18年大賺逾億!

英皇集團主席楊受成或相關人士近月先後沽出多個物業,最新以1.48億元將西營盤香港工業大廈地下A、B舖連兩個車位,面積約20,414方呎,呎價約7,250元。有關物業現由電動車品牌Tesla租用作服務中心,月租約40萬元。

資料顯示,楊受成或相關人士早在2006年入市,當時以共3,760萬元購入上述物業連同17樓全層連一個車位,並於去年底亦先售出17樓連1個車位,作價8,288萬元,連同今次售出之物業,共套現2.3088億元,楊受成或相關人士持貨至今,帳面獲利約1.9328億元,賺幅5倍多。

至於新買家則為由政府成立的職業安全健康局,屬於法定機構,主要經費來源為僱員補償保險徵款、訓練課程收回部分成本等。
