杏花邨9座高層獲利約$644萬離場

美聯物業杏花邨及藍灣半島助理營業董事李聖智表示,剛成交的杏花邨為9座高層8室單位,單位實用面積約為471平方呎,建築面積約為583平方呎,為兩房方廳設計,座向東北,以$790萬承接,折合實用呎價約為$16,773,建築呎價約為$13,551,並購入作上車之用。

原業主於2003年6月以約$146萬購入上述物業,是次轉手帳面獲利約$644萬,物業升值約4.4倍。
