啟德天璽·天第1期於今年7月份正式收樓，已錄得多宗短炒獲利個案，天璽·天一伙4房單位最新以3,480萬元沽出，原業主持貨約10個月，賬賺354萬元離場，單位升值逾1成。

上述單位為天璽·天6座高層A室，實用面積909平方呎，屬4房間隔，原本叫價3,500萬元放售，輕微議價後以3,480萬元易手，呎價38,284元。

據悉原業主去年10月份以約3,126.1萬元一手購入，持貨約10個月，賬面勁賺約354萬元離場，單位期內升值約11%，成為天璽．天短炒獲利最多個案。

天璽‧天現時於28Hse網站共50個短炒放盤，據媒體統計，是全港最多短炒放盤的屋苑，至今已經有5個單位成功短炒獲利離場，全部升值逾1成，賬賺介乎86萬至354萬元，成為一手新例生效後最當炒新盤！
