祥益地產-黃文樂經理表示，成交單位為屯門NOVO LAND 1B期3座中層H室，實用面積433平方呎，2房。租客為外區客，鍾情該屋苑屬區內近年落成的新物業，附豪華會所設施，而且屋內附發展商裝修及傢電，租客考慮到租金符合預算，遂便決定以$1.45萬租入，實用面積平均呎租$33.5。

黃氏續稱，如以業主2022年時購入價約$659萬作計算，該單位的租金回報達2.6厘。
