屯門良景邨8座低層3房戶成交買家以$158萬(未補地價)購入

祥益地產 - 黃文樂經理表示，屯門良景邨設施發展成熟，亦設有多條輕鐵及巴士綫前往各區，日前分行錄得一宗良景邨未補地價的買賣成交個案。

黃氏稱，上述所錄成交單位為8座（良賢樓）低層5室，實用面積489呎，三房一廳。日前獲區內綠表客垂青，新買家表示自己熟悉該區環境，有感周邊配套不俗，而且單位內籠企理，部分房間更擁開揚山景，加上樓價吸引，遂便決定以$158萬（未補地價）購入上址，以實用面積計算呎價為$3,231。
