屯門市廣場8座中高層2房戶收租客「無樓睇」以$380萬承接

美聯物業 - 梁浩文董事表示，該行最新促成收租客「無樓睇」連租約以$380萬承接屯門市廣場356實呎戶，實用呎價約$10,674。

梁浩文表示，成交單位為屯門市廣場3期8座中高層E室，實用面積為356平方呎，屬2房間隔。據悉，單位早前以 $380萬連租約放售，而買家為區內收租客，無睇樓「零議價」以$380萬承接，實用呎價約$10,674。

資料顯示，原業主2010年底以$169萬購入單位，持貨約15年，帳面賺 $211萬。
