祥益地產高級分行經理黃文樂表示，日前該分行錄得屯門茵翠豪庭洋房分層單位連天台戶成交，實用面積578平方呎，2房，日前獲一名區外首置客垂青。該名買家鍾情單位連天台，可用空間十足，而且內籠附雅裝，收樓後不用支付額外裝修開支即可入住，加上原業主有意換樓，因此即減15萬，新買家考慮到屋苑屬區內罕有低密度物業，周邊環境清靜怡人，以及擁有優質管理，遂便決定以$635萬購入上址作自住之用，實用面積平均呎價為$10,986。
