世紀21Q動力-招潔冰董事表示，剛促成為小西灣藍灣半島5座高層A單位，單位為3房連套房及工人房設計，眺望山海雙景，實用面積為728平方呎，建築面積為1,045平方呎，剛以$1,130萬成交，實用面積平均呎價達$15,522，原業主於上月初才以$1,298萬獨家委託本行放盤求售，最終不足一個月便獲買家出價承接，業主減價168萬元，減幅達13%。

招潔冰表示買家為外區客，心儀此單位全屋廳房均為實用方正開則，正東座向陽光充沛，山海景色寧靜舒適，又是罕有的高層單位，故一睇決定購入作為安樂窩。單位原業主早於2007年3月以$550萬購入單位，持貨18年期間帳面大幅升值$580萬，期間顯著升值逾一倍。
