香港置業將軍澳蔚藍灣畔(2)分行高級營業經理唐純兵表示，日前促成將軍澳維景灣畔9座低層H室，實用面積約498平方呎，建築面積約683平方呎，屬2房間隔，向西南望山景，原業主以約$800萬放售約1星期後吸引外區客洽詢，雙方經議價後以$782萬易手，實用面積平均呎價約$15,703，建築面積平均呎價約$11,449。

據悉，新買家為換樓客，心儀單位向望翠綠山景，故睇樓2次即決定承接。業主於2010年1月以約$306萬購入上述單位，持貨約13年，是次轉售帳面獲利$476萬，物業升值約1.6倍。
